We give much importance to women empowerment by taking part in the development of organizations whose aim is to provide help to women on different matters. Queendom contributes to local organizations’ actions and initiatives in different countries.
Queendom is a hub for building, sharing and discussing. We invite engaged girls and women to create content about feminist and feminine subjects on our platform called Queenversations.
We have created a range of statement products to spread strong feminist messages. With a full collection of fragrances, make up, skincare and textile you can show the world your empowered female attitude.
The Queenversations is a platform to share and discover more about what it is like to be a woman today and other topics that represent the women we are. We invite engaged girls and women to produce content (articles, pictures, videos…) to trigger a global conversation on feminism from a very fresh, open and inclusive point of view.

For us it is crucial to participate to women empowerment by supporting local organizations and initiatives in different countries.
Today QUEENDOM supports four organizations: Rêv’elles, Malalay Afghanistan, The Girls’ Network and Girl Forward, to make a real impact on the actual situation of girls and women all over the world. To learn more about them, click here.

Yes, all our products are Cruelty Free. Nevertheless, not all of them are vegan, although we are working on it. In the meantime, you can find for each product the detailed information by visiting the dedicated page.
To purchase on Queendom e-shop:
- Go to “Our products” section in the navigation menu at the top of any page
- Click on the right category (fragrances, beauty or queen's closet)
- Once on the category page, you can access the product page of your choice by clicking on the visual or price of the item
- On the product page, you will find all the details and information about the item. Click on “Add to bag” to purchase the article.
When all the products you want to buy are added to your basket, click on the bag drawing at the top right-hand corner of any page. You will access your basket on the right of the screen, with the summary of items added.
You’ve got two options to finalize your order:
1) You would like to place an order without creating an online account
Click on “purchase as guest” to access the validation steps:
- A popin will automatically open, enter your email address (you will receive a confirmation email at this address).
- You can also subscribe to our newsletter if you’d like to receive the latest updates from the Queendom by ticking the relevant box.
- You will then access all the validation steps (that you will find in more details below).
2) You already have an account / would like to create an online account
- If you are already connected, you will directly land on the checkout page
- If you are not connected, a login / register popin will automatically open. Enter your credentials if you already have a Queendom account, or create them in the “Register” tab, by filling all the mandatory fields.
You will then have access to all the validation steps:
- Step 1:
o Enter your delivery address. If your default address has already been defined, you will be able to modify it by clicking on the “Edit” link.
o Tick the “Set as my favourite delivery address” if you’d like to save this address for your next Queendom purchase.
o Tick the mandatory box: “I read and accept Terms and Conditions”
o Click on “Continue” to go to the next step
- Step 2:
o Standard delivery is £5 and FREE on all orders of £50 or more.
o Enter your credit card details in the Payment Method section.
o Click on “Continue” to go to the next step.
- Step 3:
o You will see here your order summary, delivery costs and total.
o Click on the “Proceed to pay” link to validate your order.
Tadaaa! You will access the order confirmation page, with all the details regarding your order. You will also be able to follow the status of your order directly in your online Queendom account and in the confirmation email you will receive including the tracking number of your parcel.
Once you’ve placed all of the products you wish to purchase in your basket, you’ll be able to redeem your Promotion Code by following these simple steps:
1) Go in your basket
2) Click on the ‘’wait, you have a coupon?’’ field.
3) Enter your Promotion Code into the “promo code” box and click on “APPLY”.
4) The offer will be automatically applied.
WARNING: If the promotion code you’ve entered doesn’t apply, please check if it was correctly entered, its expiration date and if its applicable for the product(s) you’re purchasing.
Only one (1) promotion code can be used per order.
Promotional offers that don’t require a code will be automatically applied to your order if its eligible.

We aim at preparing and shipping orders as fast as possible: once your order has been placed, it will be instantly transmitted to our preparation team, so we might not be able to cancel it. Please contact us directly at [email protected] and we’ll look into it as soon as possible.
Your order cannot be cancelled? Don’t worry: you can refuse the delivery and parcel will be sent back to us. You can also send us back your products once received, following our return policy, within 14 days of receiving the products.
Unfortunately, it is not is not possible to exchange items bought on Queendom e-shop. You still have options though! You can return an item for free within 14 days from the day you received the order. We will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the item. You can then re-order the item at any point.
To get an invoice, please send us an email to [email protected], telling us your name, last name and order number. If your billing address is different from your delivery address, don’t forget to inform us in your email. Our Customer Care team will send you back the invoice by email as soon as possible.
For now, Queendom products are sold exclusively on our e-shop: it is not possible to buy them offline.
You can pay your order by credit card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Your credit card will be debited when your order is dispatched. Please note that a pending transaction will be placed on your card when the order is placed.
If your payment has been refused, please check the following:
1. Check the card details on your account to make sure the information is correct.
2. Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digits number on the back of your card).
3. Your card issuer may have declined your payment - it’s best to check with them as they don’t disclose the reasons to us.
4. You can always try paying with another card.

At the moment, our UK website only deliver United Kingdom. The following regions are not delivered: Isle of Man, Anguilla, Ascension Island, Bermuda, British Indian Ocean Territories, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena, South Georgia & Sandwich, Tristan da Cunha, Turks and Caicos Islands.

Your parcel will be delivered by UPS. Delivery cost is £5 and will be offered for any order above £39.
Shipment takes 3 to 5 working days, including preparation in our warehouse and delivery to your address. Once your parcel is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking link to follow its journey to you.
Once your parcel will be sent, you will receive an email including its tracking number. This tracking number will also be available in your Queendom account, in the order details page, (only if you created an online account). Click on this tracking number to access the “Follow my parcel” page of UPS website. You can also access this page here and copy paste your tracking number is the corresponding field. You will find there up to date information on the status of your parcel.
Orders to UK may take up to 5 days (up to 2 days for packing and up to 3 days for delivery through UPS). Please allow until this date for the order to arrive. Once your parcel has been sent, you can follow its journey to you using the tracking number sent on your confirmation of shipping email or available in your Queendom account.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it as soon as possible.
First of all, we sincerely apologize for any issue you may have with your order. Please get in touch with us by emailing [email protected], sharing as many details as possible. We will look into the issue for you as soon as possible.
If you want to change the delivery address, you might be able to do so on the UPS website, as soon as you receive your tracking number. However, for technical reasons it won’t be possible to do it directly on Queendom e-shop. Please note that we cannot add or remove items from the order once it has been validated.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return to us any product. The return of any product must be made within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the product.
To return any item:
- You can use the pre-filled and pre-paid return label that you will find inside the parcel, then proceed to return the package in its original packaging.
- You can also contact the Queendom Customer Service, by email to [email protected] or by phone 0800 279 31 90, including your name, order number and the name/reference of the product(s) you would like to return.
- You can also use the Withdrawal Form available in the ‘Terms and Conditions of Sale’ section available here.
For the two last options, our Customer Care team will get back to you to send you a return label and help you place your return.
You will be refunded to your original form of payment within a maximum of fourteen (14) days as from the time when our Customer Care team receives the notification of your intention to withdraw and/or at the latest upon receipt of the returned product(s).
All returned items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them at the time of delivery. Any personalized, revised or altered product, or any product returned in a damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled condition, may not be refunded.
Yes, return are free of charge from shipment made from the regions we deliver to (mainland United Kingdom for UK website, excluding the following regions: Isle of Man, Anguilla, Ascension Island, Bermuda, British Indian Ocean Territories, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena, South Georgia & Sandwich, Tristan da Cunha, Turks and Caicos Islands).
The refund period can take up to 14 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by email. Please also note that the refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the product.

- Click on ‘register’ tab and enter all the needed information
- If you want to subscribe to our newsletter, tick also the related checkbox

Your account has been created! Next time, you can access it by clicking on the same “login-register” link and entering your email address and password only. Creating an online account will allow you to access your order history directly on the e-shop. No worries, if you haven’t created an account! You will be able to track your parcel online on the UPS website by entering the tracking number that you will have received in your confirmation of order email.
If you forgot your password, click on “login - register” link at the top right-hand corner of any page, then click on “Password forgotten?” link. Enter the email address you used for account creation: you will receive a link by email to define a new password.
To modify your account details, log in your account by clicking on “login-register” at the top right hand corner of any page. Enter your email and password to log in.
You can navigate through your account by using the menu on the left. Click on ‘personal information’ to modify your personal details (email, password, address). Update your information and click on “register”.
To subscribe to newsletter, you have 2 options:
- You can create an account by clicking on the ‘login-register’ link on the top right-hand corner. Enter the mandatory information, tick the checkbox ‘I want to receive Queendom newsletters’ and click on ‘register’. You will now receive our emails.
- If you don’t want to create an account, simply enter your email address in the dedicated field at the bottom of any page and you will be automatically subscribed
To unsubscribe to the newsletter, click on “I don’t want to receive emails anymore’ link at the bottom of all our newsletters.
If you didn’t receive any email yet, please contact us at [email protected] telling us which email address you would like to unsubscribe. We will remove your email address from our lists.
Of course, you can subscribe again whenever you want!
